I currently offer full-time, before/after school, part-time and drop-in
care. Please contact me for a current fee schedule.
Fees will be adjusted yearly on January 1. I will confirm new rates no later than December 1.
There is a non refundable $20.00 registration fee. This is to defray the costs of advertising,
supplies, and other expenses for each child.
Fees must be paid weekly or monthly in advance of care. If you are paying monthly, you may choose
to split the amount into 2 payments on the 1st and 15th (requires post dated cheques dated for the
1st and 15th).
If payment becomes due on a non-scheduled day you may either make payment on the last day of care
before the due date or leave me a post dated cheque dated for the due date. Payments must be made
during daycare hours. If your fees are not received when they are due, a $5.00/per day charge will
be applied to your amount owing. This charge will be in effect until all monies plus late charges
are paid in full.
It is your responsibility to have your child picked up on time. If you know you will be unavoidably
late, you must have another authorized person come pick up your child. Remember that I close at
5:30pm and I frequently make plans after childcare hours. Traffic or weather problems (except in
extreme circumstances) will not excuse late pick up. Unless special arrangements have been made 24
hours in advance, a late pick up charge of $5.00 per 15 minutes (rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes)
will be added for any child left in my care past 5:30 pm. (In most daycare centers this fee is $1.00
per minute.)
Due to limited spaces available, monthly or weekly payments are based on holding your spot and not on
attendance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals/early departures, parental vacations or
exclusion due to illness. I must receive payment in order to continue to reserve your scheduled time
for your child.
