What to Bring (all items labeled) Items may be left here if you wish
or brought back and forth. Each child had their own drawer to store
items:
All forms signed (before beginning care)
Photocopy of Vaccination Schedule (before beginning care)
Post dated cheques if applicable
Diapers or pull ups and wipes (as needed)
Diaper cream and powder (as needed)
Extra change of clothes: pants or shorts, shirt, socks, underwear
Comfort object (Favorite blanket or bear?)
Tylenol or other medication (if needed, labeled and with written instructions)
Teething Rings or pacifiers (pacifiers will be reserved as much as possible for nap time)
Paint or craft shirt
A hand towel or face cloth for drying hands (I will keep here and wash)
A clean pair of slip on shoes for inside (also needed for indoor playground)
Familiar cup or bottle
Formula and/or baby food
Milk if you require something other than 2% which is supplied
Seasonal items as needed:
Sunblock(waterproof)
Bug spray
Swim trunks or little swimmers(if not potty trained)
Hats (summer or winter as needed)
Proper shoes (closed toe)
Jacket, and other outer wear appropriate for the weather |
